2.       Q-  Would the boat be stored internally on the trailer or in a rack? 

       A-  Currently, boats are stored on their trailers inside on the ground level of the warehouse. We are a new facility and have our engineer working on the plans for our rack system that is soon to come. Boats will be stored on their trailers in the rack once they are put in place.

5.     Q-  What facilities do you have available, for example; ice, water, washdown area, compressor, ability to “run” salt water out of the engine etc…?   

      A-  The only questions not answered on the add. sheet are about ice and water and these items will be provided at the low cost of free!

7.      Q- Is the equipment secure on the boat while in indoor storage, i.e. GPS, Compass, Tubes, Buoys, Batteries etc…? 

      A-  Yes, We have a security system in place currently that has 9 color cameras inside and outside.

8.       Q- Can the general public “walk around” among the boats or is access blocked to non-employees? 

     A-  Our warehouse stays locked up around the clock and is only accessible to Valet Boat & RV Storage employees. Only boat owners who store with us are allowed in while a Valet Boat Employee is on site.

9.      Q-   What are you   office hours of operation?

 A- Mon-Fri 7-5        Sat 7-noon    Sun-Closed(by appointment only)

 Although these are our operating hours, if you are going to need your boat before or after the stated hours, you can call ahead and your boat can be  moved outside in front of our security camera and lights until you are able to pick it up. Our entire yard is fenced in with commercial grade chainlink fence topped with barbed wire and razor wire for added security. We have a 20' cantilever gate with a keypad to enter and a key pad to exit the facility. Only those customers who have called and requested to have their boat set out will be able to enter the ouside portion of the facility. Your security code is assigned to you the day of signing the agreement and will remain the same the entire length of your lease. Please note that your code will not work in the key pad unless programmed for a certain date and time by the manager. Once this date and time have passed, your code will no longer be in the system for access. These measures are taken for the customers security.
